2014年10月3日Autoloxer LLC於美國東德州聯邦地方法院馬歇爾分院(United States Eastern District Court of Texas, Marshall Division )向Ford Motor Company提起專利侵權訴訟，指控Ford汽車所配置的MyKey控制系統侵害Autoloxer所擁有的美國專利US7,084,735 (下稱’735專利)。
Autoloxer取得本案系爭專利是經由IDSC Holdings讓渡取得，目前Autoloxer僅登記取得此件美國專利。’735專利名稱「遠端車輛安全系統(Remote vehicle security system)」，是一種可藉由無線通訊由遠端控制至少一種車輛操作性能(如行車速度)之控制方法。
Autoloxer指控Ford汽車所配置，具備限速警示、安全帶警示、燃油不足警示及行進間禁用手機等功能的MyKey安全系統，利用了’735專利技術。
Autoloxer請求法院判決Ford直接侵害專利權，核發永久禁制令，以排除Ford繼續侵害專利權，並要求Ford需支付專利侵害損害與訴訟相關費用。(602字；表2)
