圖、智慧財產權線上課程免費開放

WIPO及各國專利局為了教育公眾智慧財產權相關知識，均積極投入開發免費線上教學課程，讓公眾藉由網路能自由方便地涉獵智慧財產權相關知識，俾能建立正確的智慧財產權觀念。

中文課程：

專利商品化教育宣導網站 https://pcm.tipo.gov.tw/PCM2010/PCM/sitemap.aspx
在首頁 “學習列車” 標題下，提供下列主題的視訊課程 “認識專利，認識專利化商品，創業投資，讓與、授權與技術轉移，鑑價，契約訂定，訴訟、侵權排除，政府資源，專利檢索應用宣導推廣”。除了上述視訊課程外，該網站還提供專利商品化新訊、成功案例、訊息交流分享。 (*有趣的是：雖然是智慧財產局轄下的專利商品化教育宣導網，但智慧財產局本部的網站導覽卻完全沒有該教育宣導網相關訊息和連結)

智慧財產培訓學院線上影音學習專區 http://tipa-certify.com.tw/movie/
目前有 “專利法導論11章” 和 “商標法導論11章”，簡介相關法條與規定，並提供若干案例說明。相較於傳統線上課程只有單純投影片簡報內容、字幕和配音，筆者認為智慧財產培訓學院新版線上課程顯得更加生動，尤其講者以 "面對面" 方式躍然於電腦螢幕中講述課程，令人有重溫課堂師生互動的親切感。其中專利法課程11章包含：

(1) IP Panorama

由KIPA與WIPO SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) 及KIPO共同開發，內容涵蓋營業秘密，著作權，專利和商標權，向企業說明智慧財產權對公司營運所可能產生的各面相重大影響。由WIPO提供課程原稿，再由KIPO（韓國知識產權局）贊助成立KIPA（韓國發明促進協會）來完成此新版的線上教學課程；而於2007年WIPO大會中正式上線啟用該課程，該課程稍後添加三個新模塊。除ipacademy網站外，該課程內容也可見於：http://www.ippanorama.com/contents/advanced/ip-panorama

由APEC（亞太經濟合作組織），KIPO（韓國知識產權局）和KIPA（韓國發明促進協會）三單位於2006~2007年間，共同合作開發此課程；主要在說明智慧財產權重要性，以及如何檢索獲得重要的智慧財產權資訊。IP Xpedite課程的目標授課對象是公司內研發人員和專利幕僚，藉以強化他們的專業知識。除ipacademy網站外，相同課程內容也可見於: http://www.ippanorama.com/contents/advanced/ip-xpedite

感謝讀者迅速回饋提供EPO 線上學習網站資訊，補充介紹如下：

針對不同程度和學習目標者，該網站提供多樣化選擇的課程，主要分成兩種類型的課程：A. 特定主題的課程模組 (Modules on selected topics)，B. 學習路徑(Learning Path)。課程內容呈現方式有：A. 單純PPT檔案，和B. 搭配主講者錄音檔的PPT檔案；不過錄音檔課程並沒有英文字幕逐字逐句呈現講者簡報內容，學習者可能需具有若干基礎英文聽力。
