Blackbird控告CornerTurn開發之行動裝置追蹤技術侵權

2012年9月26日，維吉尼亞州的Blackbird Technologies Inc.(以下簡稱Blackbird, http://blackbirdtech.com) 以五項已核准專利 (US7843335、US7924153、US7970534、US8099235與US8144008) 向維吉尼亞州亞歷山德里亞分院提告，控訴加州的CornerTurnLLC(以下簡稱CornerTurn, http://cornerturn.com)其提供的相關產品功能明顯侵權，爭議產品包括PRU-5V與PRU-7等系列產品服務與功能機制。
