Round Rock 公司創辦人John Desmarais是具有化工及法律背景的律師，2007年任職於 Kirkland&Ellis事務所時，曾代理Alcatel-Lucent對微軟的MP3訴訟，並讓微軟付出15.2億美元的天價賠償。(823字；表1)
