Lektron 在美控告 GE Lighting 等公司 侵犯其 LED 專利

2011 年 6 月 30 日 Lektron 於美國 奧克拉荷馬州 北部地方法院提起關於 LED 之專利侵權訴訟，控告 GE Lighting, Inc. 、 iLight Technologies, Inc. 、 Sloan Company, Inc. 及 Philips Solid-State Lighting Solutions, Inc. ，並要求支付賠償金。

本案系爭專利為 US 6,361,186 ，是關於一種利用 LED 的仿霓虹燈 (neon light) ，其包括：具有環狀 橫截面的 細長散光器；內含一縱長插槽的細長非透光管狀外殼；固定細長散光器的手段，並用縱向對齊方式連接該些外殼插槽的邊緣，以在該外殼及該散光器之間形成一空腔，而使光只能從散光器而穿出；對齊空腔的多個 LED ；連接發光二極體至一電源以提供電源給這些 LED 的手段。系爭產品包括： GE Lighting 的 Tetra BT border lighting 和 Tetra Contour ， iLight 的 Plexineon White 和 Plexineon Color,SloanLED 的 ColorLINE, Philips Solid-State 的 eW Accent MX Powercore 和 iColor Accent MX Powercore 。

Lektron 是一家位於 奧克拉荷馬州 生產 LED 照明設備的公司，提供機械、電子及 LED 的整合方案，其產品包括 LED 相關的冷卻器、牆、移動照明、天花板、大範圍照明、背光機構、加油站照明及泛光燈等。 (347 字；表 1)
