索尼與樂金的專利戰爭 (Sony v. LGE)

日本電視大廠索尼 ( Sony)與南韓對手樂金 (LGE)的專利戰爭愈演愈烈，開始於2010年12月28日索尼向美國ITC及法院遞狀，控告LG侵害其手機和藍光 DVD 播放器，之後，索尼再度居主動攻勢，連連出擊控告樂金，將戰火擴及液晶電視與顯示器及數位電視，目前，索尼總共提出35件專利，其中11件對樂金提出確認不侵權及無效之訴，其餘24件專利都為索尼所擁有的專利。

造成專利訴訟原因，是雙方在3年前交叉授權協議期滿後，而新協定無法讓雙方滿意之下，啟動訴訟戰在歐洲和美國興起連串的侵權指控。((132字；表2；圖1)

後續追蹤報導：

2011年8月11日索尼和樂金電子雙方表示，已就數位電視、藍光播放機和行動電話相關侵權官司達成和解，且同意交互授權涵蓋前述電子裝置的專利，解除雙方所有在美國的專利紛爭。

雖然，索尼是居主動的攻擊位置，弔詭的是，和解訊息發出的當天，樂金電子股價大漲5％，收65,000韓元；但索尼股價卻下跌2％，收1,664日圓，不但連續第5天收黑，盤中更一度下跌至1,630日圓，創今年來的新低點。
