LED晶片訴訟 Bluestone Innovations提告多家全球LED大廠

2010年5月26日專利授權公司Bluestone Innovations Texas LLC於德州東部法院接連提出兩件訟案，控告全球LED大廠歐司朗(OSRAM)、日亞(Nichia)等多家廠商，侵犯其專利權，提請禁止令及損害賠償。

第一件訟案：
指控被告OSRAM為首的公司及美國分公司OSRAM Sylvania，還有位於愛達荷州的車用超高亮度LED晶片製造商SemiLEDs (為台灣廠商旭明光電SemiLEDs之子公司)。涉及專利侵權US6,448,102，包括有OSRSM生產的LED半導體晶片模組G6SG，其中US6,448,102移轉自XEROX CORPORATION。

第二件訟案：
指控被告台灣LED廠商晶電、璨圓、廣鎵、泰谷光電，還有，日本LED廠商Nichia 、Showa Denko、Toyoda Gosei所生產的InGaN LED晶片設計和製造技術侵權，其中US6,163,557亦移轉自XEROX CORPORATION。

Bluestone Innovations Texas LLC係南韓的專利授權公司，專營LED有關的專利授權業務。
