2010年4月27日加拿大塑膠材料製造商Polyform A.G.P. Inc等公司，於美國喬治亞中區聯邦地院提告Airlite Plastics Co.公司，侵犯了其一項專利 (US6401419)涉及一種塑膠材料堆疊發泡建構板( stackable foam construction panels in a multitude of configurations)。
