Gertrude Neumark Rothschild美國訴訟地圖如表一，2005年6月27日在南紐約州聯邦地方法院提告四件訴訟案，其中Osram、Toyoda Gosei與Philips Lumileds Lighting已取得和解。此外，根據USITC網站公告，多數廠商也分別於不同時間取得和解，如表二。
