醫療照護資訊系統專利訴訟，Computerized Screening控告Stayhealthy

2013年7月23日，總部設立於美國內華達州的Computerized Screening, Inc.(“SCI”)，於美國內華達州地方法院，指控總部位於美國達拉瓦州的Stayhealthy Inc.(“Stayhealthy”)之醫療照護資訊系統，侵犯其專利權，要求停止製造及販賣相關產品，也要求合理的權利金、損害賠償以及訴訟律師費之補償等。

本案涉及一種互動資訊系統，或稱便利站(kiosk)，可提供血壓及心跳測量與記錄、體重控制、健康評估及處方藥物查詢等功能。

本案系爭專利共1項，為美國專利編號US6,692,436，名稱為醫療照護資訊系統(Health care information system)，係於2000年4月14日申請，2004年2月17日核發，專利權人為Computerized Screening, Inc.。

本案原告Computerized Screening, Inc.，成立於1978年，為美國食品及藥物管理局(FDA)註冊之醫療用品製造商，並為各種不同的單位，如醫院、診所、急診室或學校提供客製化的醫療系統服務，擁有超過500個客戶，經查USPTO網站，其下共擁有3項專利。

本案被告Stayhealthy Inc.，成立於1995年，其醫療照護資訊系統名為HealthCenter Kiosk。(550字；表2)
