同樣用途於智慧型手機，商標使用Inspire與Inspiration 到底算不算侵權？2011年3月23日宏達電(HTC)提告三星電子(Samsung Electronics)，提請確認商標與無侵權，未違反美國聯邦商標法規(The Lanham Act) 。全案由西區華盛頓地方法院負責審理。
HTC Inspire是宏達電與 AT&T 合作推出首款以 AT&T HSPA + 網路為基礎的 4G智慧型手機 。而Samsung Inspiration是三星與Verizon合作首款4G LTE手機。(152字；表1)
