無線導航技術侵權，Levine控告華為等九家公司侵權

2011年1月28日，獨立發明人Levine對Casio、Dell、HP、Huawei、Nokia與Sony Ericsson…等九家電子設備廠商提起侵權訴訟，目前全案由美國德州東部聯邦地方法院負責調查審理。

本案系爭專利US6,140,943與US6,243,030，為發明人與專利權人Alfred B. Levine所有，涉及專利為無線導航系統(Wireless Navigation System)相關，揭露技術特徵為一電子導航系統，該系統能夠無線地接收由一個或數個基地所發送出之地圖影像，並將取得之地圖影像顯示於該系統上。

據查Alfred B. Levine是位獨立發明人，擁有26件有關通訊方面的專利，曾以本案相同專利於2009年控告三星。(233字；表1)
