位於美國德州奧斯汀的塑膠加工製造業者Interactive Life Forms於2010年6月30日，對全球25個公司提出侵權訴訟，被控產品集中在其公司生產的情趣用品上，為此Interactive Life Forms向美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)提出337申訴。
根據Interactive Life Forms指出，其位於德州的工廠以及其130名員工，投入許多成本研發相關的專利。本案系爭專利兩項：US5,782,818 ( Device for discreet sperm collection)以及US.5,807,360 (Device for discreet sperm collection)，用於其公司所生產的情趣用品，特別是男性的情趣用品，由其公司所研發可以使其產品在男性自慰時可謹慎的防止男性精液潑灑的裝置。
Interactive Life Forms向ITC提出337調查，禁止該25家被告公司的侵權產品繼續在美國本土銷售或是進口有侵權嫌疑之產品至美國。
同步提告，Interactive Life Forms 於2010年6月30日同時向德州西部地方法院對Cal Exotic, DAVE, NMC, SSI, Pipedream, Tenga與Topco等幾家公司提出侵權的告訴，要求德州西部地方法院調查，此案已經進入司法程序。(337字；表1)
