關於探針卡組件用於DRAM和NAND閃存設備ITC337調查(案件337-TA-621)，2009年6月29日原告FormFactor公司主張四件專利(美國第5,994,152、6,509,751、6,615,485、7,225,538號專利權)，ITC做出最後初步裁定(Final Initial Determination)和建議(Recommended Determination)並發出通知(Notice)，確定四家被告公司(Phicom、Phiam、Micronics、MJC Electronics)沒有違反337條款情事，被告的產品並未違反進口美國及在美銷售的行為。
ITC最後初步決議發現，美國第6,509,751、6,615,485與7,225,538號專利權所有主張並非無效。
