美國光源開關商Lutron Electronics Co.於2009年4月7日對Universal Smart Electric Corp.(USE)提出ITC337調查，指稱USE未經授權進口及銷售調光開關及其零組件(dimmer switches)，侵犯了Lutron所擁有的2件發明專利US5,637,930 、US5,248,919 及一件商標專利 No. 3,061,804。以下是2005-2009年間Lutron Electronics控告多家廠商的列表：
